Cal Valeri is built out of stone and declared "Bien Cultural de Interés Local" (Cultural Wealth of Local Interest). By one side, it adjoins the Mayor the Montsonís street, which is a main street that connects directly with the castle and, by the other side, its orientation offers impressive vies over the valle of the Segre.
Cal Valeri is a stone house, quite ample and ideal for families or groups of friends that would like to enjoy a good time together. The orientation to south, of one of its façades, makes it very sunny, and t the same time enables to enjoy the views over the valley of the Segre. From the other side, the balconies of the façade over the Mayor street, permit us to observe the medieval fortress of the Castillo de Montsonís (Castle of Montsonís).
Therefore, Cal Valeri is a house with charm. It has historic charm, on one side, and charm due to its physical beauty, on the other. A great variety of people form all over the world has found it ample and cosy. It is newly reformed, and made of stone. Families from England, Argentina and Holland, and other places are frequent guests. The flower pots in front of the house, full of tulips and narcissus, are precisely from Holland.
